DETAILED DESCRIPTION

GENERAL BIRSTONAS CITY GIFT CARD RULES

The Buyer who has acquired the Card becomes a Cardholder and confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions for the use of the Card, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.
Gift card is valid in different locations throughout the Birstonas city. Precise list can be found at birstonas.loyalhub.lt
The gift card amount can be used for more than one payment. If the purchase exceeds the amount of the card, the difference must be payed extra in any other payment method. If the purchase is not exceeding the amount, the remainder is left for next purchase.
The Card is not exchanged into money or returned.
It is not possible to use the Card to pay for tobacco and alcohol products or gambling services.
When purchasing the Cards, an invoice indicating VAT is not issued. Upon Buyer’s request, a specified form invoice may be issued at the gift cards distribution points, which formalizes the transfer of gift cards. Such an invoice may be submitted electronically only to the e-mail indicated by the Buyer.

BIRSTONAS CITY GIFT CARD VALIDITY, EXTENSION AND PAYMENT

The Card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Within 3 months after the expiry of the Card, the validity can be extended for an additional period of 3 months. The Card can only be renewed once, the fee is 8 €.
Pre-registration is required, informing that the Birštonas City Gift Card will be used for payment.
The Card validity can be checked:
1. by scaning a QR code with a smart phone or
2. entering the Card bar code in the self-service www.geradovana.lt/dovanu-cekiu-savitarna
